Omni Medical Systems, founded in 1998 began as a small research and development company. In late 2007, Omni began manufactoring the Advanced Mission Extender Device (AMXD) for use by military fighter pilots for the means of relieving thier bladder while on extended missions. The AMXD technology has been spiraled into the URINCare system; designed for men and woman who struggle with urinary incontinence.
